WTF are cold plunge socks? We haven't graduated to expert cold plunger yet. Covering our skin, even with the thinnest of layers, helps to feel less vulnerable and makes it just a tiny bit easier to step into that water. Yes, we could wear neoprene booties, but we try to steer clear of synthetic fabrics whenever possible.
